Getting started

1. Install RSA Portal

Choose the Mac or Windows installer, download it, and run setup. On Mac, Portal installs in Applications → RSA.

2. Sign in to your RSA account

Use the same RSA email account on the website and in Portal. Your account menu on this site contains your personal settings, products, and licenses.

3. Download your software

Open your library in Portal. Audio Fetch is included with RSA membership; other products require access on your account and an available installer.

4. Activate on your computer

For Audio Fetch, open Authorizations in Portal and activate or renew on that computer. Its authorization works offline for 30 days and renews when you open Portal while signed in and online. Other RSA products may use their own machine-code and license-file activation.

Share a tone template

Export a preset from your RSA product, then put the preset and instructions in a ZIP. Visit Tone Templates, select your product and version, and submit it for review. A template shares settings; it does not include a product license.
